We are looking for an administrative assistant to perform basic administrative and secretarial support duties. In this role you will prepare reports and correspondence to support daily operations of the department or business unit.
In this position your main responsibilities will include:
• Providing administrative assistance to department or business unit supervisor and staff
• Creating, editing and proofreading reports and correspondence
• Performing support duties as needed
To become a valuable member of our team we are looking for the following:
• High school diploma/GED
• At least 1 year prior experience working in a support position that demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, work through interruptions and perform multiple tasks throughout the day
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Close attention to detail
