The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical, organizational and systems support to sales staff. Will be required to perform duties to assist sales staff with processing/billing orders. Other responsibilities will include:
Responsible for preparing invoicing for billing for events every month.
Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of the Sales System following all applicable procedures.
Responsible for researching all new leads and monitoring entries of all newly assigned and/or targeted accounts in the Sales System.
Work with NSG Sales Ad to assigns job numbers for booked business. Communicates directly with customers in the absence of the sales person; acting as a secondary contact.
Attends pre-convention and in-house meetings as requested by sales staff.
Communicates, on behalf of the sales person, with other departments as it relates to producing events.
Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
Schedules appointments for assigned sales staff.
Prepares and edits routine correspondence and proposals with good proofreading skills.
Reads and routes incoming mail and attaches appropriate file to correspondence.
Arranges travel schedules and reservations.
Responsible for coding and filing assigned staffs' expense reports, travel advances, travel requests, etc. As well as, copying and sending on to Corporate.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Two (2+) plus years of related Administrative experience.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, File Maker Pro and the ability to type 50 wpm.
