Freeman is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, providing information to incoming calls, and otherwise assisting management with their clerical work. Other responsibilities include:
Composing and typing routine correspondence including documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Organizing and maintaining file system, and files correspondence and other records
Answering and screening manager''s telephone calls, and arranges conference calls
Coordinating manager's schedule and makes appointments. including the arrangement travel schedules and reservations as well as meetings
Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports
Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings
Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance
Now that you know what this position does, do you have the background to do the job?
You must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
You will need one (1) to three (3) years related experience and/or training
You should be able to type between 65 and 70 WPM
You will need to have a strong knowledge and experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Some experience in a Sales environment
Knowledge of accounting systems
