Freeman is looking for a talented, enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support to branch personnel. Responsibilities include:

Order and maintain supplies for work rooms and conference rooms

Assume main receptionist desk duties, including but not limited to: answer the phones,greet guests and open mail

Maintain calendars, schedule appointment and coordiante meetings as well as conference calls

Responsible for preparing shipments using UPS software

Assist with Branch A/P batches

Process invoices on vendor websites

Assist Audio Visual Division with month end reports and invoicing

Provide administrative support to the Sr. Director of Account Management and National Account Director

Create and maintain spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as required.

Required Skills

Required Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office environment.

Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality.

Ability to write and produce reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Experience:
Associate's Degree
