This position is responsible for providing administrative support to 4 Executives in PGS. The position may also provide support to other PGS staff-level positions based on business need.
In addition, you will:
Provide executive office administrative services for assigned staff including calendar management, telephone coverage, mail and fax processing, file set-up & maintenance, and ordering of office supplies and equipment
Prepare meeting arrangements (domestically & internationally) and itineraries as necessary
Schedule, plan & organize logistical details for both internal & off-site meetings
Develop presentations, charts, reports, or other types of correspondence as needed
Assist in completing onboarding activities for new staff hires (arrange for cell phones, T&L Card, Conferencing lines, home office equipment, etc.)
Work closely with organizations beyond PGS (P&W HQ Commercial, P&W Services Council) to ensure accessibility, meeting coordination, etc. Work on special projects / assignments as directed
Partner with other members of the PGS administrative teams to ensure a cohesive environment that excels in teamwork
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University (or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant position)
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Strong proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Demonstrated high standards of professionalism including strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 7 years executive administration experience
Demonstrated ability to interact professionally at all levels including officers and senior executives, both internally and externally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business
Demonstrated proactive approach…high energy and able to be self-directed and work independently
Superior organizational and time management skills; strong prioritization abilities
Highly professional approach, proven good judgment, creative problem solving
Demonstrated ability to ensure security of confidential information - discretion and confidentiality
