This role will provide professional administrative support to the CTO R&D Office and R&D senior leadership team.

In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Travel planning and booking of travel reservations using the corporate Travel site.

Expense report preparation and submission

Meeting and event coordination

Responsible for the Purchasing process for R&D business units (creating, releases Purchase Requisitions to the payment of corresponding invoices for services.)

Assist with budgets

Maintain updated departmental organization charts

Maintain calendars

Run standard business reports from information systems ( Siebel, SAP, Workday)

Assist with Excel and Powerpoint presentation projects

Assist with completing and submitting Personnel Requisitions, coordinate w/recruiter, HRBP,

etc. in the new hire process

Participate to staff meetings and Identify and prepare agenda items for staff meetings

Qualifications/Skills Required and Preferred

Three years of administrative experience required.

Experience with purchasing processes in a corporate environment is helpful

Professional and positive work attitude.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the company, including executives.

Experience with meeting coordination and planning.


Must have ability to multi-task.

Sound decision making ability

Proficient in MS Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel
