H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth, technology-enablement firm, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant their teams in both Port Hueneme, Washington and Washington, DC. This team of consultants and advisors will be tasked with enterprise support for our government client.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant will include:
Answering phones in a professional and timely manner
Sorting and distribution of office and division mail
General office functions to include filing, operating a copier, sending faxes/emails, utilizing a scanner, etc.
Assisting customers and performing clerical and administrative duties
Accurately preparing documentation in accordance with regulations and policies
Performing office automation word processing software to update, prepare and maintain accurate and useful documents
Promptly and courteously receiving visitors
Associates degree from an accredited institution
3 years relevant work experience
Valid state’s driver’s license
Strong organizational skills and acute attention to details is required!
Experience within the Federal/DOD arena preferred
