The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative functions in a fast paced environment. This position requires multi-tasking, working independently, outstanding organizational skills, exceptional communicational skills, and the ability to manage administrative processes. Must be willing to work overtime as needed. Minimum four (4) years' experience in a professional environment required. High school diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
The position requires proficiency in all of the following areas:
Microsoft Office Suites
Typing (at least 60 wpm)
PowerPoint Development Skills
Professional Telephone Etiquette
Oral and Written Communication
