Answers all telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. Ensures all calls are forwarded appropriately and messages documented as needed. Investigates and resolves customer issues in accordance with Agency policies, procedures, and processes. Maintains a teamwork approach and a respectful, professional image and conduct during customer contacts. Maintains strict confidentiality regarding all office functions, correspondence, employee and client/patient interaction and information. Type and process all correspondence and projects assigned by supervisor. Sorts and processes all mail and correspondence. Maintains appropriate files and processes required documents. Maintains general appointments and schedules for supervisor. Provides assistance to other departments as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience maintaining a high level of confidentiality (required)
Computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) (required)
PBX or multi-line phone system experience (preferred)
Medical office experience (preferred)
