The mission of HealthRIGHT 360 (the best of Haight Asbury Free Clinics and Walden House) is to give hope, build health, and change lives for people in need. We do this by providing compassionate, integrated care that includes primary medical, mental health, and substance use disorder treatment to over 22,000 uninsured Californians annually.

Job Summary: The GRR Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing clerical, technical and administrative support to ensure program compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Responsibilities: Provides clerical support to and for the GRR program including, but not limited to: maintaining program electronic data bases, data entry, photo copying, designing forms, manuals and flyers, composing and sending memos/emails, taking meeting minutes, developing tracking systems, completing paperwork/forms, filing, distributing mail etc. Prepares and maintains daily and weekly reports and worksheets. Greets visitors directs them to their destinations. Processes jail passes for guests. Ensures that employee timecards are processed timely. Schedules interviews for prospective employees and conducts reference checks. Assists in arranging travel for staff and visitors. Works as a team member and performs functions as required that further program. Acts as liaison with institutional administration as-needed.

Documentation Responsibilities: Maintains accurate records in accordance with guidelines established by HealthRIGHT 360 to satisfy internal and external evaluating requirements.

EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience
Required :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least two years experience in an administrative role
-A valid California driver’s license
Desired :
-Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Background Clearance
Required:

- Obtain/maintain jail clearance

Knowledge
Required :
-Culturally competent and able to work with a diverse population
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word Outlook and internet applications
Desired :
-Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self sufficiency

-Ability to travel between
