Administrative Assistant . Both the Shurett Dental Group and Help A Child Smile employ administrative assistants who work at the Conyers Headquarters to support management in the routine daily functions of our offices. Our administrative assistants work in many diverse areas including:
  • Patient & Client Relations

  • Patient & Client Scheduling

  • Phone Reception

  • Recall/Appointment Confirmations

  • Insurance Verification

  • Chart Box Preparation

  • Mobile Scheduling

  • Human Resources

  • Timekeeping/Payroll

  • Patient Accounts Receivable

  • Inventory Control

Applicants must be dependable and detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic and good organizational skills, and be able to work well in group settings. Good computer skills and a high-school education are required. Dental office experience preferred.
