Financial services firm in downtown Boston seeks an energetic, intelligent administrative assistant to support a fast paced trading environment. Ideal candidate will have a high level of confidence, initiative, productivity, and resourcefulness, as well as the ability to anticipate needs. This role is a temp to hire position. MUST HAVE IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY!
Manage a fast paced trading floor while supporting and promoting managers’ needs Accurately maintain individuals’ calendars and schedule appointments
Generate reports on a daily, weekly and month basis
Manage expense reports Coordinate travel arrangements-including international travel
Manage team calendar and schedule internal and external meetings
Assist in various administrative projects
Screen phone calls

Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
Must have immediate availability!!
3-7 years experience supporting upper management for a financial company
Experience with calendar management-including handling multiple calendars
Must have travel arrangement experience (domestic and international)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work with a team
Ability to multitask, strong attention to detail
