Husson University is seeking a part time administrative assistant to work at the Presque Isle location of the School of Extended Learning for approximately 25 hours per week. This is a part-time, non-exempt position which performs clerical and administrative work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate must be able to work respectfully and successfully with a variety of people and all University constituent groups (faculty, departmental staff, students, university community and the public). It is essential that the candidate have excellent written and oral communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office products. The individual must be able to work independently or as a team player, and needs to have attention to detail, good judgment, positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Prior related experience in a higher education environment is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
