Administrative Assistant, IAG
Location – Warrington, PA
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for management duties with respect to blinded administration and scheduling, and training activities around the independent reviews within Clinical Operations.
Overview of the Role
Track and follow up on requests for readers in support of trial endpoints
Assist in matching qualifications and experience of readers to studies based on modality and indications included
Solicit reader candidates for interest and availability to support trial timelines
Perform quality review of reader documentation received for completeness and accuracy
Enter reader information into reader tracking database and maintain updates
Preparation of documentation for monitor and reader training sessions
Acts in a proactive, flexible and responsive manner to internal customer needs
Acts as primary point of contact with third parties that contract reader candidates
Prepares and sends template consulting agreements, exhibits and financial disclose to readers
Quality Control of Offsite Assessments / Blinded Reads
Establishes good relationships internally and externally
Continual review / improvement of departmental processes
Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international
To undertake other reasonable related duties as assigned
Role Requirements / Skills / Experience Required
Must have a minimum of 1 year clinical research or Legal experience
Trained in Good Clinical Practices and Good Documentation Practices
Excellent Organizational, Documentation and Communication skills
Proficiency in business computer skills
High School Diploma or local equivalent
Associates Degree preferred
