The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for multiple departments with report editing and formatting, word processing, data entry, and general administrative duties.
- Word process and/or format into pdf reports ensuring adherence to company protocols;
- Prepare draft to final reports for multiple departments and multiple clients;
- Provide administrative support to a team or several teams of Project Managers, Reviewers and Management;
- Distribute pdf reports to clients and facilitate answers to clients regarding the reports;
- Prepare and update spreadsheets for large Portfolio work;
- and Sort mail, distribute packages, mail packages and copy /bind reports as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree desired;
- Data entry or administrative assistant experience;
- Proficient Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Experience working with databases is desired;
- Excellent verbal and grammar skills;
- Ability to work overtime as needed;
- and The ability to proficiently multi-task.
