We are looking for a professional, self-motivated individual with excellent organizational, computer and customer service skills to provide administrative support and serve as the receptionist for Infinity Contact.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Warmly greet visitors
Handle mail and faxes
Prepare correspondence and reports
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department
Run company errands
Other projects as assigned
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects
Ability to meet established deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
