Position Summary:

Provides clerical and administrative support to director/vice president. Serves as a liaison between director/vice president and physicians, administration, customers and employees. Serves as a resource to employees and other departments.

Education/Experience:
.
High school diploma or equivalent, required. Post high school training/education in clerical sciences and word processing/spread sheets, preferred.

3 years experience in a secretarial/administrative position, with word processing and spread sheet creation experience, required. Knowledge of and experience with network computer and phone systems. Dictation and short hand experience/training, preferred.

Required Skills:

3 years experience in a secretarial/administrative position.
3 years progressive experience in Excel, Microsoft Word software applications. Minimum 45 wpm.
Required ability to set up, formulate and graph spread sheets.
