Immediate opening for a full time office manager/administrative assistant including receptionist responsibilities. We are a growing company seeking an energetic, motivated person who has the following qualifications:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills and can maintain a professional business image.
Answering phones with a clear enthusiastic voice.
Computer proficiency.
Data entry (knowledge of other accounting programs is a plus).
Great attitude and a strong work ethic.
Able to work Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm. (Part time available)
Detail oriented and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and assignments, work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy.

This position is suitable only for someone who is interested in long term, full-time employment. We are a growing company and operated company established since 1978.
