How you will contribute:
This is a great opportunity to perfect your planning and organizing skills by maintaining billing spreadsheets, processing monthly reports, printing plans, and assembling foreman packets. Demonstrate your strong attention to detail by creating and submitting Operation and Maintenance manuals to customers. What you need to qualify:
Ahern will help make the most of your Associate degree in an administrative program. One to three years of administrative work experience is also preferred. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and technically inclined to learn industry specific software will be essential. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial.
