The Administrative Assistant performs general administrative activities in support of the strategic marketing and BAS teams and their day-to-day operations.

Scheduling and coordination of meeting details—attendees, conference rooms, video and tele-conference arrangements, audio/visual requirements, registrar for notes and action items

Organization and management of webinar / webcast sessions.

Travel planning and coordination—schedule and coordination of travel details, itinerary production, and general support

Timely filing of employee and department travel & expense submissions

Development and maintenance of presentation materials

Proofing and editing of documents and presentations

Project management as assigned, for instance:
a)Organization and maintenance of marketing assets

b) Upload of content to internal and external digital properties as per schedule

c)Application and maintenance of Branding requirements


The successful candidate will have strong organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. He or she will be a self-starter, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently. The person in this role must have strong attention to detail, and an appropriate sense of urgency and prioritization.

Must be proficient in standard business software, e-mail and scheduling, digital and social media applications, including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Microsoft Project Manager, Lotus Notes, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.

Experience with Content Management Systems preferred.
