We are looking for Administrative Assistant candidates at our Corporate Lincolnshire, IL facility who want a career working with The Premier Brand of Hand Tools.
As Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Engineering , Marketing, and New Product Development groups. You will be responsible for assisting in the New Product Development (NPD) process by overseeing phase tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness, by managing the executive level review meetings, and by overseeing input item set up and pricing systems. You will also be responsible for data analysis and report generation to support the product management department. You will serve as the main contact for external idea submissions ensuring proper documentation and review.
Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED (B.S. Degree in business or related discipline preferred), and a minimum of five years experience in the areas of marketing, engineering or new product development. In addition candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skill and computer skills including, Microsoft Office products (with specific emphasis on Excel and the use of pivot tables). You will be a self starter who has strong interpersonal skills. Candidates with experience working with Cognos, AS400 and Agile preferred.
