Provides administrative clerical support to General Manager and Department Managers to include preparation of reports; correspondence, mail and fax distribution, general filing duties, invoice coding and verification, receiving and distributing telephone messages. Reviews employee records and maintains confidentiality.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists Human Resources Personnel with processing documents for pre-employment processing and for newly hired employees.hired employees.
Creates letters, forms, graphs, documents and other correspondence as needed.
Prepares reports and presentation material for special projects as well as weekly and monthly reports.
Distributes incoming mail and faxes to appropriate personnel.
Opens, date stamps and logs accounts payable invoices daily.
Assists with travel arrangements for all local Division personnel as necessary.
Maintains and controls petty cash and orders all office supplies.
Requirements / Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required. Two years college or associates degree or equivalent preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Previous experience in administrative functions required. Must be able to maintain confidential information.
