Provides general administrative support to government client. Collects complies, and analyzes data and information, requires the ability to exercies independent judgement and employ basic reasoning skills. The Administrative Assistant will answer and direct phone calls, print daily calendars, monitor calendars to ensure briefs for the day are printed. Coordinate meeting attendance to include staff transportation when required for off-site meeting attendance. Maintain phone rosters, print laminated pocket guides as required and maintain program records and databases. Also, maintain/update the Quad chart showing taskers status and staff FITREP tracker and notify and coordinate with Section Heads when FITREPS need to be drafted and turned in for processing. Prepare executive and technical correspondence, track high profile actions, maintain current organization chart and compile and format input for the Bi-Weekly report submission. Cmpile leave schedule for Holiday periods, ensure POM guidance documents developed are formatted correctly and ensure correspondance is formatted correctly for signature and distribution. Maintain all POM Guidance binders, provide assistance with the Intelligent Workbook such as new account creation and record maintenance, coordinate VTC/conference calls and conference rooms as required. Maintain supplies for the branch, coordinate with NMCI for technical issues regarding networked printers. Collect burn bags for disposal, monitor message traffic and distribute NAVADMINs to staff and assist in brief development to include ability to format briefing materials, preparation of binders and read-aheads. Maintain training status for personnel.
Must has active DoD Secret clearance.
2-3 years experience support Navy customer.
Experience with POM and FITREP documents.
