Job Description: Administrative Assistant
Lake Superior Consulting, LLC, established in 2002 is a team consisting of Engineers, Technicians & Support Specialists committed to the cost effective servicing of our customers needs. We provide many services to the pipeline industries including, but not limited to: engineering services, welding, quality control, integrity management, inline inspection, and cathodic protection.

This position is part-time, 28 hours per week, with flexible hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Data Entry
  • Report Writing
  • Meeting Minutes
  • Filing/ Organization
  • Fax, photocopy, e-mail
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Work with the IT department to assist with help desk questions
  • Assemble contract documents/requests for proposals
  • Perform other misc. tasks as requested by supervisor

Skills and Knowledge:
  • High School Diploma
  • Associates or Administrative Degree preferred
  • Experience working with legal documents preferred
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills, results oriented
  • Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and have some database knowledge
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
