The Role:
To provide administrative support to two (2) Senior Vice
Presidents of North American Touring

Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephones, keep calendar, schedule meetings,
conference calls, etc. and update contact database
  • Act as liaison between Executive and staff,
anticipating needs, dealing with the unexpected,
handling confidential matters
  • Arrange business travel and accommodations,
domestic/international
  • Track expenses for managers, prepare and submit
expenses reports in a timely manner
  • Create/analyze spread sheets in Excel, maintain office
supplies/equipment and needs of Tour Directors
  • Handle incoming ticket request from VIP clients,
follow through with submission to appropriate contact
and processing
  • Review and process tour deal memo language in
accordance to Live Nation touring standards
  • Manage accounts payable for all Touring Personnel and
Tour Managers.

Qualifications:
  • Positive, can-do independent attitude
  • Superior organizational skills; ability to multi-task,
collaborate, and prioritize
  • Must have strong computer skills, with proficiency in
MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excel used
frequently
  • Entertainment industry a plus
