Summary:
This person will be highly motivated, experienced and
reliable with the ability to work independently. We are
looking for a dynamic, assertive, innovative go-getter
who is bright, reliable, and resourceful. He or she must
be an outgoing, savvy, and enthusiastic candidate with a
passion for the entertainment industry. He or she will
be responsible for providing advanced administrative
support to the Vice President of Client Development and
various departments including Client Services, Ticket
Centers and Marketing. This person will primarily
communicate with employees, management, and clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Screens calls and responds to internal and external
requests for information and follows through to ensure
requested actions are taken or completed
  • Prepare contracts as requested and maintain master
contract files and contract summaries
  • Assists clients coming in to pay for/pick up
pre-pulls, or UPS mail outs, and suite orders.
  • Process daily client ticket requests; credit card
processing; mailing and recording
  • Coordinates one-time user clients prebox tickets and
will call.
  • Coordinates, manages & maintains calendars/schedules
and contact lists for Vice President Client Development
and others as assigned
  • Schedules appointments, meetings & conference calls &
confirms changes or delays
  • Prepares all presentations, reports, materials,
samples, etc. as needed for meetings and presentations
both internal and external
  • Coordinates & plans domestic & international travel
arrangements (airfare, hotel, & ground transportation)
for Vice President Client Development and others as
assigned
  • Compiles expense reports for Vice President Client
Development and others as assigned
  • Acts as liaison between senior management, colleagues
& clients to facilitate work & accomplish objectives in
a collaborative effort
  • Performs general office duties (mail, filing, copy,
fax, order supplies)
  • Maintains department files and archives all
presentations
  • Order and maintain ample ticket stock inventories
Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:Skills & Qualities Desired :
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a self-starter and self motivated. Must be
able to take direction and work within department and
company structure.
  • Proficiency with the Internet and MS Word, Excel and
PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and coordinating
multiple sub-projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills under
time pressures and working with often complex technical
solutions and limitations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
