Perform a variety of administrative tasks in the local district office


Perform a variety of routine administrative duties, which may include general administrative support for varying departments depending on assignment. Breadth of duties will vary in accordance with revenue levels of venue. Administrative duties include typing and editing correspondence, reports and memos using word processing software, maintains all computer-based and paper files, office supply level maintenance, screening calls, and mail distribution. Operate electronic mail, spreadsheet programs, maintain personal information systems and databases and perform other semi-automated administrative support tasks. Answers telephone and takes supply orders. Assists in coordination of service team and implementation team in terms of schedules and project deadlines. Maintains various administrative lists, logs and oversees reconciliation of petty cash and postage. Perform purchasing duties that may range from office supplies to working with Corporate Order Entry for full systems. Provide logistical support for office in terms of inventory and materials management. May perform credit/collections duties such as billings, overdue calls and credit memos. Work on special projects as directed. Other duties may be assigned.


High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years related experience. Advanced skills in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent customer service orientation. Oracle knowledge is a plus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and/or stand and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
