Responsibilities include:
Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. Roles and Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to: prepare weekly and monthly status reports. Take meeting minutes and finalize as a formal deliverable. Maintain a schedule of deliverables. Compile, track, review, format and transcribe staff inputs into deliverable documents. Preparing outgoing correspondence and maintaining
office files. Design processes to enhance administrative workflow and dissemination of information. Handling telephone
inquiries. Handling domestic and foreign travel arrangements. Scheduling conference room usage. Providing administrative
support to various meetings.

Position requirements:
Relevant skills can include, but are not limited to: experience working with Microsoft
Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint including some intermediate and advanced features and Lotus Notes.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Effective communication with co-workers, superiors, key customer
contacts, and representatives of other organizations sufficiently enough to exchange or convey information. Exemplary customer service skills. Flexibility and comfort working in a team environment.

Candidates who have held office manager or
other administrative assistant positions are preferred qualifications.
