Oversee, coordinate and complete purchase order process including: entering, receiving, and following up. Complete Wells Fargo expense reporting, maintain environmental and OSHA safety records, complete daily cash sales report, support construction/ asphalt and upper management in cost management for the TX construction group. Input hourly payroll and coordinate all required processes, accounts payable and other related responsibilities as assigned by Area and District Management.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate¬ís degree in Accounting or related experience preferred
  • 5 years of verifiable administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills to include but not limited to Microsoft Office applications and proficient typing skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and work independently
