Our client in the Quakertown area is looking for an administrative assistant for their team.
The following are the details on the job requirement :
Day to Day Responsibilities:
: Complete administrative tasks related to scheduling field resources. Specifically, generate schedule sheets from E1, create Outlook appointments, research/locate job drawings and specifications.
: In any remaining time, research billing-related issues such as inconsistent working hours entered, incorrect/incomplete documentation, etc.
: 2 years work experience
: Previous Administrative Support
: Basic PC skills
: Knowledge of MS Outlook
: Customer Service Phone Skills
