Minimum Requirements: HS Diploma (Degree preferred) 3+ years of Administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Office SuiteThis position requires that you possess the following skills: Strong organizational skills Savvy customer service to include excellent communication both verbal and written Strong follow-through Self-directed Initiative Continuous Learning Responsibilities: Office Administration: Assisting the Financial Advisor in managing the branch office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include: Answer phones Greet clients in a friendly, warm manner Order supplies manage office expenses Take detailed and accurate client messages Work in ACT database Work with MS office on a daily basis to include excel spreadsheets power point presentations Set appointments assist Advisor with her calendar including travel arrangements Sort distribute all mail, emails and faxes Maintain office filing system Update website book with weekly radio show Client Service Assistance: Follow-up on pending business with clients companies Respond to client inquires on administrative questions Gather account values complete client review summary for upcoming appointments Order new client referral gifts Call clients with appointment reminders Assist with client touch marketing program Assist with client paperwork Assist in planning coordinating client appreciation events Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do!
