Meeting Management Associates Inc. is looking for new administrative/clerical team members for our meetings and conventions departments. Daily task include, but not limited to typing correspondence, reports, filing, answering phones, assisting with logistics such as venue searching, housing arrangements, tradeshow handbooks, equipment service orders, invoice reconciliation, budgets, etc. as they relate to specific client meetings and/or conventions.
Ideal candidates should possess a professional and courteous manner, be detailed oriented, hold the ability to analyze and coordinate multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy, express proficient verbal and written communications skills and effectively handle time management in a fast paced, focused work environment.
