We are currently seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Regional Managing Partner for our Greater Bay Area Region to be located in either our Santa Rosa or San Francisco offices. Project management responsibilities include specific assigned projects for the region working with the Operations Manager and Office Manager.
      Responsibilities:
      • Provides executive administrative support
      • Prepares time and expense reports
      • Provides meeting coordination
      • Creates, proofreads and edits documents, proposals, and spreadsheets
      • Develops and produces presentations
      • Coordinates conference and special events
      • Monitors expenses
      • Coordinates travel arrangements, including coordination of hotel and car rentals, be proactive with changes, upgrades, firm policies, frequent flyer programs, cancellation and rebook policies
      • Various regional related projects as assigned
      Qualifications:
      • High School Diploma/GED required; College coursework/degree preferred
      • Minimum 5 years related administrative experience
      • Project Management skills
      • Client service oriented (both internal and external)
      • Works with limited direction and manages own time effectively
      • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
      • Flexible with overtime to meet deadlines
      • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
      • Excellent skills in English grammar, spelling, and syntax
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, include SharePoint
      • Attention to detail and accuracy
      • Creative and persistent problem solver
      • Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
      • Strong multi-tasking abilities
      • Strong teaming skills
      • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations and confidential information. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy, and good judgment.
      • Able to multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
      • Efficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
