We are searching for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our office. The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative tasks and is responsible for providing support to the Assurance Partners, Senior Managers and their respective industry groups. Additionally, Administrative Assistants provide support to other client service staff and members of the Administrative Assistant team.
  • Serves as a point of contact for internal and external clients including: screening phone calls, ensuring client messages are communicated to the appropriate client service staff, and following up with clients, when appropriate
  • Schedules appointments using Outlook
  • Creates, edits, formats and proofreads a varitey of documents including proposals, financial statements, and enagement letters
  • Screens, prioritizes, and distributes mail
  • Reviews calendars and anticipates logistical opportunities or needs to assist
  • Assists with time and expense reports
  • Tracks monthly billing deadlines
  • Assists in the tracking of continuing professional education credits (CPE) for client service professionals
  • Assists with conferences and special events
  • High School Diploma/GED required; College coursework/degree preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role is required
  • Experience in a professional services firm preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in accounting procedures preferred
  • Flexibility with overtime to meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
