Executes both routine and non-routine administrative assignments in support of management.
Provide general administrative support and perform clerical duties for department managers and reps.
Analyzes, compiles, updates and maintains data on spreadsheets and in Word.
Prepares and distributes documents and reports on a daily basis. Refers data/information to the appropriate parties.
Reads and routes incoming mail. Processes outgoing mail. Disseminates sensitive materials to the appropriate areas.
Maintain department files and cover phone system.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements Job Requirements:
EDUCATION: High school degree or GED is required.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years computer experience in Windows environment and spreadsheet knowledge highly preferred. Hospitality industry experience preferred;or equivalent combination of education and experience..
