The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing superior administrative/clerical support to the team

Major Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist sales team with daily functions
  • Maintain supply inventory
  • Maintain a professional work environment
  • Responsible for the understanding of all programs offered
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
  • Process invoices
  • To assist all customers and respond to their needs in a professional and timely manner
  • To build NOCO’s reputation of trust and credibility
  • To work effectively with all NOCO departments
  • Other projects and duties as assigned
  • Reliable and punctual attendance (M-F, 8:00 – 5:00, plus some evenings and weekends as necessary)

  • Highly Organized & Motivated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

Experience and Educational Background Required for the Job
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree Preferred
