Under direct supervision responsible for performing various administrative duties.

Banking, teller and/or cash handling experience required.
Basic knowledge of office procedures is required
Basic PC knowledge and typing skills are required
Good oral and written communication skills are required

Major Duties
1. Performs various administrative duties such as preparing documents, reports for managers and other partners in the Delray Beach office. Ensures confidentiality.

2. Responsible for assisting with operational/administrative work for the office, platform and teller areas.

3. Schedules and coordinates meetings in the Delray Beach office.

4. May be responsible for data input, data processing and data verification

5. Sorts and scans mail and other documents.

6. Maintains electronic and paper records

7. Greet and/or assist all clients or vendors.

8. Assists in the preparation and processing of documents within the Delray Beach office.

9. Responds to general inquiries

10. Responsible for answering and/or directing calls for the Delray Beach office.

Previous Administrative Assistant required in a client contact environment.

Banking, teller and/or cash handling experience required.

Teller responsibilities are part of the performance expectations for this position.

Excellent PC skills required (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint) necessary.

Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Undergraduate Degree strongly preferred.
