Provide departmental and center support through data entry, review, and management to process applicant records, perform operational functions for file management; liaise with enrollment management professionals, administrators, and central student service personnel.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Process business program applications electronically through UNISearch; perform secondary review and data entry in BANNER to complete applicant records. 2. Transmit applications and supporting documentation received at the Huizenga School to central Enrollment Processing Services (EPS) on a daily basis. 3. Actively manage caseload conversions from pending to admitted status, via telephone and email contact with applicants each term. 4. Conduct file follow-up and updates as electronic notifications are received. 5. Perform and process data changes as directed by enrollment management professionals in a timely fashion, and as necessitated for accurate application status record keeping, data optimization, and departmental reporting. 6. Work in tandem with Associate Director and enrollment management professionals to keep respective staff members apprised of current application file status and related developments. 7. Conduct applicant record research as necessary. 8. Serve as back-up support to admissions operations team members as needed. 9. Apprise Associate Director of systemic or quality control issues with centralized electronic processing system and department, as well as BANNER functionality. 10. Maintain and update operations procedure manual as necessary to keep it current. 11. Assist the Associate Director and department with special project assignments. 12. Participate in departmental recruitment and admissions enrollment initiatives and events. 13. Maintain work area in neat and orderly fashion. 14. Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Major (if required):
1. Two years of related work experience. 2. Experience and proficiency using Windows, MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
1. Two years of work experience in a College or University's Admissions Office. 2. Experience with BANNER academic management information system, and Comsquared UNISearch/NET Search electronic imaging and processing software.
