A growing company in the Bridgewater is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support senior level management. This Administrative Assistant will be responsible for fielding phone calls, preparing correspondence, data entry, light accounts payable and receivable, entering time cards, and invoicing. The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate will have prior experience and be a quick learner as well as a team player. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks is mandatory.
