OfficeTeam is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Job Duties are as follows:
Entering data that is reported to the Federal Government on a daily and monthly basis.
Interact with vendors to source materials and place purchase orders.
Maintain spreadsheets and documents that reflect accurate inventories, orders and projections.
Assist in maintaining up to date customer, vendor and product information.
Maintain orderly files and records for the plant, and delivers completed paperwork packets to appropriate department(s).
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and orderly office.
Assist Planning & Purchasing Manager with other projects or tasks, as they arrive.
Preparing and sending packages via FedEx (requiring a hazardous materials training on the FedEx website that we will pay for)
Miscellaneous administrative tasks that may come up

Highly skilled in the use of MS Excel and MS Word, and not afraid to learn other programs unique to our plant.
