Officeteam is looking for a long term temporary receptionist. Duties will include answering a 10-line phone system, sorting and processing mail, preparing correspondence,light Accounts Receivable, general office duties, and taking meeting minutes. 2+ years of receptionist experience required. Candidate must be proficient in Word and Excel. Previous minute/dictation experience a plus. Hours: Part time morning hours, Monday-Friday. Candidate needs to be open to the possibility of Full Time hours.
