Opportunity for top Administrative Assistant (Administrative Coordinator / Administrative Associate)
We currently have an opportunity for a results-oriented Administrative Assistant who is looking to get involved in the public sector industry. In this role, you will perform administrative and office support duties for multiple supervisors. Responsibilities will include but is not limited to fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing,creating and maintaining spreadsheets, Coordinating the field and vehicle scheduling, filing and faxing. This position is CRUCIAL when it snows, need someone who can make it in during these times!
Motivated Administrative Assistants should have strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, as well as Internet research skills. Excellent communication skills are highly desired. At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience is preferred. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a local company!
