A Seattle seafood company is looking for a Sales Administrator for a 3 month project. Primary responsibilities for this role will include interacting with customers regarding products and providing updates on shipments/delays/ returns, receiving and entering phone and fax orders, entering order forms and modifying orders as necessary, entering data into customer database, processing paperwork, and any other administrative task assigned. Ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
