Work hours 9AM to 6PM Manage the Company ticket program Answer and route incoming phone calls Process detailed international and domestic expense reports for C-level Executives, PM’s and Analysts Maintain extensive Contacts databases Maintain a comprehensive filing system Provide calendar maintenance support to executives, including conference room scheduling Arrange catering for client, broker and other business visits Various Ad-Hoc projects to be determined Navigate data feeds and electronic information sources Work with Company travel department to arrange extensive international and domestic travel Work with vendors to arrange visas and various other travel related services Welcome, escort and track all visitors on site Assist with department timekeeping

Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task, organized and a self-starter Ability to communicate with all levels of the business community Approximately six years of Administrative Assistant experience with progressive levels of responsibility Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
