POSITION SUMMARY

Assists in the day-to-day administrative functions of the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer the multi-line phone system. Transfer calls to appropriate parties and/or take messages if needed. Sort and distribute mail. Sign for all delivered packages. Inventory and order office supplies. Day-to-day clerical duties to include but not limited to, faxing, filing and copying. Manage Accounts Payable. Manage various aspects of Human Resources functions, including new employee acquisition. Assist entire staff with administrative duties as requested.

SKILLS NEEDED

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and work well under time constraints.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of NetSuite accounting software a plus.
