Run reports using Microsoft excel application

Maintain calendar & travel arrangements for executive team

Manage flow of correspondence (internal/external)

Receive & screen phone calls

Coordinate internal/external meetings and conferences

Draft correspondence

Generate presentations and meeting decks, utilizing PowerPoint

Generate & maintain business expense reports

Maintain personnel information (i.e. organization charts, phone/address lists, reviews, etc)

Keep team organized and on top of moving business

Provide back-up support for receptionist and EA

Required Skills

Proactive and high energy team player

Open and honest


Minimum 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant

Outstanding PC skills – proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Visio)

Advanced experience in Excel is a requirement (Graphing, Formulas, Macros, Pivot Tables, etc)

Excellent communication skills

Detail oriented

Project management experience


Independent thinker, who is solutions oriented (focus on process improvement)

Team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
