This position contributes to the success of the Dollar and Military Channel teams through responsibility for day-to-day administrative and process support, coordination & tracking of channel and customer specific programs and other activities for the teams.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Sr. Sales Director and sales teams for the Dollar and Military channels.
Proficiency creating and maintaining various regular and ad-hoc reports.
SAP Vendor Supplies/Services Processing.
Assisting account leaders with preparation of advanced presentations, documents, and correspondence for both internal and external use.
Develop and distribute team communications.
Coordinate various meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule / Manage all travel for team members and manage T&E submission process.
Relocation is not provided for this position.
High School Certificate/GED, Associates degree and/or administrative certification preferred.
Minimum of five years experience providing administrative support in a fast paced corporate environment.
Demonstrated problem solving and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and execute.
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Retail Link).
Results-focused, strong organizational skills to make things happen and strong team work skills.
Highly motivated and able to work with multiple teams and on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels and in all functions in the organization.
