The Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA) , a growing health education association , is seeking an administrative assistant to provide support for the senior director, public affairs and information systems. Duties will inclu de general , clerical , and project based work. C andidate s will project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Applicants should possess strong computer skills and have experience working with Microsoft Office.

General r esponsibilities will include
  • Administrative support
  • Managing schedules
  • Providing logistical support for volunteer committees (e.g. scheduling conference calls, minutes etc.)
  • Assisting in annual conference preparation and follow up
Qualifications for this position include
  • 1-2 years office experience
  • Strong computer skills, including e xperience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of association operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
  • Occasional travel orweekend work
