Job Responsibilities:

• Data entry of various information into company database
• Collect urgent medical records
• Send medical release forms to members, as needed
• Research physicians and facilities for reports
• Print and bind reports
• Maintain/manage Health Advisor's office supplies and order within policies
• Schedule Health Advisor's travel (air, hotel, car) as requested
• Make copies, fax and shred documents
• Schedule routine and advance medical appointments
• Maintain office and team calendars
• Assist with member development projects including organizing marketing folders
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

• Two year college degree desired
• Relevant experience in a clinical medicine practice or at least 1 year of client services in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel and Internet navigation
• Excellent follow-through and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
