Coordinates office services for the North Texas IT department. The Administrative Assistant will schedule appointments, give information to callers, perform clerical work, and provide administrative support. Duties include, but are not limited to, such items as filing, ordering supplies, working with department schedules and calendars, and handling billing/invoices.

Knowledge and Skills High School diploma or equivalent; College degree or some college preferred.

1 to 3 years of experience in administrative assistant role or related field of expertise

Excellent written and oral communication

Excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
